Using a Presto Printing Mailbox and the Presto mail service (http://www.presto.com) is a great way to "put it in writing" rather than counting on elder loved ones to remember something that has been said on the phone. My Dad has pretty severe short term memory loss, and I follow up EVERYTHING I talk to him about with a letter on his Printing Mailbox. He knows how to use a computer, but struggles with the smallest issues which end up preventing him from getting online or checking email. I always know that my piece of communication will get to him through his Presto Printing Mailbox, whether his PC works or not.
